On Course Development UK has teamed up with the government initiative Train to Gain, which can offer you, the customer, free or highly discounted training or coaching. In these tough economic times, training is often put on hold however by using the Train to Gain scheme you can access up to £1000 of free On Course Development UK training or coaching.

| What you need to do: |
- Identify your training or coaching needs and let us know what they are.
- Check your eligibility (see below).
- Pay for the event in full; on completion of the training/coaching and on production of a receipted invoice, Train to Gain will reimburse you the agreed amount.

| What we do: |
- Complete your Train to Gain application on your behalf (unless you prefer to do so).
- Deliver your high quality training or coaching event.
|
| Eligibility: |
- Your organisation employs between 5 and 249 people.
- You are looking to develop leadership or management skills.
- You have not accessed this funding previously.
|
| What you can receive: |
- An unconditional grant of £500 to put towards an On Course Development UK training or coaching event.
- A further £500 grant provided you match the contribution pound for pound.
